Preventing Burnout & Creating Long-Term Stability - February 24, 2026 @ 7:30 PM ET via Zoom

$49.00

Many caregivers give everything they have — and then realize they are running on empty. This 60-minute group course was created for caregivers who feel worn down, isolated, or afraid they won’t be able to keep going. It is especially helpful for caregivers who feel stuck in crisis mode, carrying everything alone, and unsure how to create a sustainable path forward.

In this course, caregivers explore how burnout develops, why it is so common, and what it looks like long before it becomes overwhelming. Participants will learn how caregiving systems, shared responsibility, and emotional boundaries protect both the caregiver and the care recipient. This course introduces the idea that caregiving does not have to mean self-sacrifice, and that support is a necessary part of providing care — not a failure.

By the end of the course, caregivers will have a clearer understanding of what they need in order to keep caring without losing themselves. They will also receive a follow-up worksheet to help them identify stress patterns and areas where support can grow. Caregivers are invited to continue their journey through Hanson Caregiving Consulting Services by enrolling in additional courses and consultation services designed to walk alongside them every step of the way.
